It was a Soup sort of day

So far lots of very light snow showers,  the snow melting as soon as it touched the ground, just adding to the general unpleasant wetness, not a good day for going out.
I spent part of the morning fighting with our now quite elderly tv and a Firestick, persuading them that they really would like to talk to each other. Then I had to convince IPlayer that this password was the one that I registered with my pc months ago and yes I did want to use it with my tv.
I forsee an evening of catching up, suitably assisted by a bottle of wine.
