Last Night’s Dinner

Last night we had an experimental vegetable bake, including beetroot!  The bake was a great success, and so was this morning’s bubble and squeak.  I thought something was missing this morning, then I spotted the bacon still in the fridge . . .
 
 
Sunday and Skype kids again.  A bottle of Chardonnay will help - to have with tonight’s chicken of course . . .
