World cyclocross day

It's not often I take selfies but this had to be my blip today because it made us laugh and KK cross as I am so bad at taking selfies.

A 5km run, 30 mins of yoga and then we went for an off road cycle this afternoon in honour of world cyclocross day which we shall watch later. Something I am not good at but KK wants to use the bike he got for Christmas so I tried and I survived although I walked some of the hills which is frowned upon in my house. I did see the kingfisher fishing today but no long lens for the bike.
Now if this dry weather would only stay and if I didn't need to sit behind a desk most days I may even get fitter.
