Keeping a watchful eye.

We had a brisk walk along a section of the salt marsh this morning and this seal kept bobbing up in the water and later we saw it basking on the estuary mud before it slid back into the water. We saw teal, curlews, redshanks, shelducks and very few people!
Not many birds visited my garden for the RSPB birdwatch. Very disappointing this year.
