As derelict as the.....

....day felt today.  Cold, grey, wet, snowy (thankfully now gone) & little achieved except "getting through it"!  However, we saw our daughter L and two of the grandchildren who we haven't seen for a while.  She came to collect something.  All safely distanced and us masked.  I chatted to, and hopefully cheered up, a close friend, paid a bill and ordered some books for H's birthday on Friday.  He"s going to be 5.  Perhaps something achieved after all.  Supper - roast chicken thighs and roast vegs on the go.
