Great morning...

...fora run and nice to run in the daylight. I was working from home today so could afford to go out a half hour later...nice wee change...won't be long before the 6am run will look like this too.

Nice dry, frosty crisp morning good wee start to the day and at my desk dining room table for 8.30:-)

The run and the walk to cubs to pick up the boys meant I hit my 10000 steps too...not always easy when you miss the commute.
