Slip Sliding Away

No good deed goes unpunished. Son Jamie and grandson Parker brought us some lasagna and chicken noodle soup. Jamie tried so hard to ease out of the driveway but still ended up sliding into the neighbor’s flower bed. The intersection of our three driveways should have been a cul de sac. Jamie’s friend Deputy Bill came to the rescue and easily pulled him back onto the road. The flower bed suffered minimal damage. We got a few inches of snow and now it is raining. Made vegetable beef soup and chicken salad. My daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter Brooklyn stopped by for scones. B is in a knee brace and unable to do any sports for two weeks. She is having a hard time with that news. Thanks for visiting yesterday.
