Getting there!

I feel like this one is more of what i have been trying to achieve...still not finished - but i'm happier with this stage.

Finding it very challenging learning this new way of creating an image....this more harmonious and softer look.   It's not my comfortable way to paint that's for sure, and i feel pretty tired this evening, after a couple of hours noodling with this one!   After this one i went a bit crazy with my usual slap dash blocky way....which felt pretty freeing!  

but i'm ok with this challenging process....i really want to expand my painting vocabulary.....and that is always tricky !
