not so 'rush' hour

the sound of the alarm going off.....interrupts a fantastic adventure dream! and i'd not even had cheese for supper! oh what the hell.....i snoozed it twice, but still out walking Pierre at 6.30am.

traffic into work was rubbish. to be fair it's not been that rubbish for a couple of weeks, and i didn't mind that much as i'd downloaded Mumford & Sons Babel album last night, and enjoyed it as a rush hour soundtrack.

monthly meeting this morning, which was good. didn't have chance to enjoy the glorious spring day that had unfolded mid morning.

by the time i left at half five, it was a very cool and clear sky, and a fabulous sunset in the making. i'd had in my mind to take this shot. i've tweaked the contrast slightly on it, to add a little bit of drama to it! The traffic was a mare, apparently down to a certain Olly Murs in town tonight......lord knows what it will be like with Bieber fever on Saturday!

home later than planned, Pete hungry and then 'on one' afterwards....he's sleeping now though.

a nice Wednesday, and the weekend is on the horizon....
