has spring sprung?

I felt like spring was finally in the air today! The air was pleasantly warm and the sun out. I even went for a quick scout out at lunchtime to try and find a suitable blip. I couldn't find one and I was worried that the sun would be down by the time I hit Sheffield on my way back... but it wasn't...well not quite.

I came off the motorway at my usual point but then turned off into the country roads looking for a vantage point. I rounded a bend and came face to face with this scene. yes Iv saturated it a little to get the contrast but its not far off.... Here's to spring!
