Newspaper

We are old enough and old fashioned enough to still have a newspaper delivered every morning. The reliable Archie walks across our drive every morning at about 07.45 and pushes it through the letterbox.

We don’t read it of course. Our subscription includes the electronic edition and by the time we get up at 07.30 we have read it in bed.
But every day we tear out the Cryptic Crossword and during the course of the day we pass it backwards and forwards doing one clue each. Find it hard to go to bed until we have finished it.
