Snow Day

We have about three inches of snow. 

It inspired me to get out my camera and tripod for some pre-dawn shots, through the window. But after breakfast, and wrapped up warm, I ventured out to the park. 

On the way I met a neighbour who must be in her 70s, clearing snow off her drive with a coal shovel! She declined my offer of help, as she wanted the exercise, but accepted a loan of our lightweight, long-handled snow shovel.
