Oops Upside Your Head

Needs this song.  

I'm pretty sure I saw the Gap Band in student union in Ainslie Place in Dundee.  That was many different lives ago.

I had one of those days.  I did work but my heart was not in it.  

I helped people as I always do.

But I couldn't properly concentrate.

And I went for a walk.  

That always helps.  Came home with a plan and a solution.  Sometimes just getting out of the fog of your head is a Huge Help.

This breaking things up is a kind of therapy for me.  And I know I need to do it.

Tomorrow's therapy will be cooking.  You are invited.  But probably not allowed to travel or come in.
