It’s rained all day

From 8.30 this morning when I dropped off the car at the garage to have its gearbox linkages replaced (as well as a full service), till 5.15 this afternoon when I picked it up again, all fixed, it has rained. 

Anyway, the car is purring like a kitten now. 

On sadder news, I see Captain Sir Tom has died of coronavirus. He was a true source of inspiration to us all during these difficult times - we all salute you, Sir!
