Triominos

Not the best morning was followed by a nice 2.73 (the .03 is very important) mile run with the boychild. He is trying to earn some bling by running 20miles in February. If he does this he can then attempt a longer, more exciting, more expensive venture.

Carys didn't have pilates this morning as the instructor had an appointment, but as she had an hour physio review that was possibly a good thing. Luke, physio, was reviewing her conditioning program and them we started looking at more specific things like her extensions, why her knee looks bent when it is actually in full swayback and why her big toe is stiff and her achilles cracks. All good stuff and plenty to work on.

Will had his usual zoom meeting with his class and then an extra at 3pm when his teacher from last year read them a short story. Tomorrow she is reading silly poems.

Carys had her normal ABA class with Katie Deacon followed by an extra with Xander Parish on pirouttes. The second was tough but she was hyper when she came out, although bizarrely she was complaining her arms were dead!

The photo is Will and I playing triominos before bed. I like games that had a definite end point.
