Well this makes it official doesn't it! I got my club running vest tonight, which means that I can wear it at my upcoming races and declare my allegiance! I like being part of a club and people are really nice here, very friendly.

We did a pyramid session tonight. It's basically four circuits, each one bigger than the next. Followed by three that then decrease in size. This forms a pyramid. You run faster than your normal pace, but the aim is to be consistent.

I'm quite tired tonight so I found it quite tough going, but as always I feel better for going.
