"On the Beach" - Neville Shute

I remember reading this book over fifty five years ago! 
Met the big grands' Mum today for a socially distanced coffee and then a walk on the beach which allowed me to get my blip of a book title!  There were many people enjoying their allocated 'walk' time on the beach as well as a lot of dogs playing (extra) and a few children enjoying some fresh air with their parents.  Lovely to have a good catch up.
I put the colour version in extras as I liked it....
