RSPB Otmoor

After a lot of days when the exercise hour has involved trees and woodlands, it felt important to get a fix of wide open spaces today.

Spent time at RSPB Otmoor this morning - a lot of the paths are currently flooded and impassible but those that weren't were lovely. It was fantastic to see big flocks of both golden plover and lapwings - and to hear them without the motorway noise in the background. And it was sunny too.
