Lockdown Birthday

Living in the sticks as we do there is little choice when it comes to celebrating birthdays under lockdown. It is my wife's birthday today and I was left in a bit of a quandary. Presents could be purchased over the internet but otherwise its Hobson's choice. Even flowers had to be bought from then local supermarket and the usual choice of fine dining was reduced to an order from the local chinese takeaway.
