Lasagna

Lasagna (store bought frozen). Wine: Decugnano dei Barbi Umbria A.D. 1213 2016.

An easy dinner tonight with an unusual wine. The wine is an Italian blend of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Montepulciano. It is unusual and quite a fruit bomb. I'm not sure that the Cab works in this blend, but I'm not sure what my final impression will be (still have a couple glasses left).
