Marmalade

I got stuck into making the 1st 1kgm batch yesterday afternoon. It slaughtered me. I should have sat down to do the chopping. It's the first time that its been really bought home to me that I'm ageing !!.
This first batch is ginger. I really like that its low sugar. As you can see I had to improvise on jars. It'll live in the fridge.
Extra's : More growth on my cactus cutting and Ribes flower opened that Jane bought me twigs of.  Look in large if you can.
