Groundwater

If it wasn't for this drain our main room would be flooding at the moment like it did in March 2018 when the heavy rains caused water to flow across the floor. After digging a Channel and putting in a slotted pipe the floor stayed dry and the drain ran for several weeks that year, for the last two and a half years however I've not seen it produce even a drop until today.... we're getting some serious rain!
