Hose down

I decided to take Q out for a lunch time cycle. It didn't go very well. He struggled with the hills and the mud so it became more of a walk whilst pushing a bike. The rain started as soon as we left which I'm sure didn't help.

Other than that we have been trying to navigate our way through the day and all our different needs.
