Swan Song

Today was my little brother's 24th birthday. On my way to meet him at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport on Lake Ontario, there was a snowstorm. I took my 51' Rolleiflex in order to take some photographs on the lake. While waiting for his plane to arrive on the island airport, I noticed a lone swan in the midst of the bright snow storm light, gliding along alone through the ice & water. After I took the picture, I met my little brother James, developed the film in my darkroom and gave him the print as a gift. I hope you like it as well. Cheers.
