My mother was a prize winning cheese maker back in the day and I grew up thinking that cheese was a) made of goats milk and b) really, really high quality.
Today I bought this wonderful cheese and it tastes of what cheese should taste of. I haven’t had such good and proper cheese for about 30 years. What a treat! And these days I can enjoy it with wine too :)
