An Apple a day keeps the Doctor away....

OK..so many of you are probably too young to remember that saying...but I believe there is some truth to it...


I was biking past the Co op cold storage facility and they were getting these crates ready for delivery to the local stores.


They just happen to be my favourite apple...Ambrosia.
