Craft For Silly Saturday - Duck And Disorderly

I thought this card would be silly enough for Silly Saturday in memory of Admirer, who hosted this challenge for a long time.
This duck certainly looks as if she has enjoyed the party at The Duck Pond a little too much. She is all dressed up in her best blue ribbon for the occasion. The stamp I have used is by my favourite designers, Pink Ink Designs.
