Shooting Ma Dinner

Before Christmas I pulled together a cookbook with contributions from colleagues around the world, with the aim of raising money for charity. We’re almost at a grand, which isn’t bad (as long as you don’t look at it as an amount per employee...).
The book was illustrated because there was no chance to cook and photograph everything in a consistent way. But during this year I’m aiming to make all 73 recipes in there, documenting it on our global intranet to try and drum up support for a 2021 version. Tonight, a slow cooked cashew chicken. Gloriously simple, but genuinely tasty. I'm not sure I’ll be able to say that about every one I try....
