Street Art?

A boring but not muddy walk into town.
Not unnaturally, it was almost deserted, although not so deserted that a couple of "ladies" didn’t find it neccessary to barge, side by side, between me  and the wall just off the top of this shot, with a whole empty market place behind me.
The area is about to get its paving revamped, again. From past experience I give it three months from completion before some bit of it is dug up and then patched with a lump of black tarmac.
