Spiced Brisket

This is a piece of Brisket bought yesterday at the Farm Shop.
I assembled the ingredients for this Blip then Mrs MD took over for the 'serious' stuff'....
It's now cooking in the Slow Cooker and tomorrow, when it is cold, I'll put it in the meat press and gradually exert increasing pressure throughout the day.  The end product will be some lovely thinly sliced Spiced Brisket.
