This is Caersws. Former Roman Garrison town of 10,000 men plus. Former railway junction for Llanidloes and Aberyswyth lines. Junction of the Severn and Trannon valleys. In the background hill forts now inhabited by badgers who will soon be former. Hang on! Maybe the title should be former? And all in a scene covered by a former heavy frost. Oh, and on the left the former workhouse, hospital and now apartments.
