Didn't venture outdoors today. Ordinarily, I would have found some time for a run, but I have been suffering a slight niggle behind my knee, so I am leaving it a few days before resuming....

Watched Crewe's game at Shrewsbury online with Gus this evening (Crewe grabbed a cagey 1-0 win). Gus is going back to Leeds at the weekend.
