Happy Birthday P

Breakfast - Perfect Poached eggs with dukkah
Lunch - Smoked Sundried Tomato Hummus on Corn cakes
Dinner - Asian-inspired twice cooked pork belly with seared prawns, wilted spinach and roast squash
Dessert - Moorish Tart (dark chocolate and orange mousse on top of orange infused pastry)

The Verdict: very flavourful but a lot of faff over 3 days. I reckon I could improve on the method and get the same result.

Anyway, I think P would have approved of the whole affair.
