This could be a historical photo. It has been 60 years since it was so cold that the water in the waterfall froze like this.

I can also tell that the fish ladder are frozen again and today three men worked to get rid of the ice. The fish ladder goes to the waterfall. The photo I showed some days ago are about 300 meter from here. It is the same cold water. And the cold winter will continue.
