Let Us In!

We had some snow overnight and it continued to snow lightly for most of the day. I was excited to get out for a walk and it was very cold and very pretty although there wasn’t a huge amount of snow around.
At our class zoom meeting this morning we told the children and parents that we thought they’d want to play out in the snow so we weren’t expecting much work to be done. Surprisingly they all did lots of work and were keen to share it all at our afternoon meeting.
Poppy gave us a a scare by fainting during her singing lesson. Luckily she has her lesson at home via zoom and managed to fall onto the sofa in her bedroom. Her singing teacher rang us on the land line to say that she’d had a funny turn. We’ve no idea what caused it and she’s still a bit wobbly. Hopefully a good nights sleep will repair her as she’s got her guidance meeting for Hills Rd (6th form) tomorrow. I think she’s ready for a week off.
