Good marketing?

We didn’t have much snow today, so no more salt or shovels needed.
Had a phone call from the surgery inviting us for our vaccinations tomorrow, yey!
A bit of hassle with a DPD delivery from IKEA today,, one of the parcels had obviously been dropped (the box was stuck together with DPD parcel tape) when we opened it there were 5 wooden pieces missing and one damaged! Got it sorted with IKEA customer service after a long ‘please hold’ listening to ABBA”, greatest hits!
