Wednesday

A beautiful sunny morning - the snow still lingering, icy in places underfoot on our morning walk.

Thought I'd tag this for Wide Wednesday - there's plenty of good Suffolk earth/soil under the snow & it's showing in places. Wind? There'd be a lot less earth showing & much deeper snow if it hadn't been for the high wind on Sunday/Monday. Snow which intially settled on the field was relocated into & across the ditch on the southern edge, as can be seen from the "extras" below. Fortunately we didn't have the amount of drifting seen in East Suffolk!
