Walk in the snow

An early morning walk in the snow.  Very enjoyable although it was more a trudge than a walk.

The geese are a bonus.  They have settled for the last few days in a neighbouring field.  every so often a group of them decides to go for a flypast.   I'm getting to recognise the noise they make just as they are taking off.
