Neglect

Shabby chic or run down?
This criminally neglected building is in Falkirk town centre so I'm afraid this is the real deal neglect rather than shabby chic.  
Somewhat neglecting this journal recently, suffering from blip fatigue and also running low on images to share with not a single film photo having been taken since early November.
