Unexpected morning visitor!

I put a fat ball out for the birdsong before i was properly set up this fellow appeared! I was excited until i noticed his injured leg, nit sure what to do, call the RSPCA or let him be. He made another appearance later on for more feed and he didn't seam to be in pain.
