Baby it's cold outside

The temperature when I walked the dog this morning, according to my phone, was -18 degrees. Brrrrr. Having said that, it was absolutely beautiful first thing, glistening frost and snow.
The snow plough came around our estate twice this afternoon and it has made no difference whatsoever :(
