Not a good place to park

We collected our shopping from our sons house and on the way back we came through town. It was almost 5pm and the light was starting to fade. The sea was breaking onto the coast road and drenching several cars parked by the sea wall. I think the tide was still coming in because the waves seemed to be getting higher. A rough one in extras.
The wind was bitter and a few moments out of the car gave me frozen fingers. We hope the promised warmer winds from the south will arrive soon.
This morning Mrs BR enjoyed some time with her pottery group via zoom. Not sure what we would do without the internet at the moment!
