Childhood memories of blackberries

There are wild blackberries growing on the island around my grandparents home as well as Mrs. P's farm near by. Hubby and I have planted bushes on the farm and here on the beach as well. We picked and froze some last summer. Well our freezer stopped working and we had to find a home for all the food until we can get one so we decided to make jelly this snowy afternoon. We ended up with 15 1/2 pints. It sure was pretty and tastes really good. Brought back some of those old time memories when we picked them for my grandmother and she made jelly and blackberry cobbler. The extra is some of the finished product, it turned out so clear and every jar sealed.
