Crested Titmouse

I spent this morning working on this little bird, photo reference courtesy of Hettykat, thank you!  He's kind of silly, but that's how I like my creatures. Now I'm knee deep in trying to draw a Hummingbird Hook Moth, a creature I've never seen before but I find quite intriguing.  I'm doing all of these small, 6x6, for an annual show that happens here in my local arts fair called, aptly, 6x6!  I figure if I do enough, I might have a few I'd like to enter by spring. 

Snow is forecast here tonight, but so far only flurries.  Let's hope that's all there is.
