Torrential rain = lake

Almost twelve hours of torrential rain led to the fields getting to saturation point, with the inevitable overflow, and a lake in our garden. We really need to dig a drainage channel to divert it, but that's for another day.
Half the roads about here are impassable, and a lot of houses flooded, so we are lucky the water here just goes into the garden. The hens don't seem to mind the rain or the new lake luckily.
