Friday night and it looks like dinner is in the bag!!

It feels like it has been a long week.  I feel better in myself today after what I can only describe as a non day yesterday.. a funny mood but thankfully that has shifted and today has been more productive.  It certainly has not been warm... think it was  -4C (apparently nearer -12 with the wind chill) at around 4pm when I went out for my walk.
