Our special visitor !

The heron has been checking out the pond - walking over and round it and exploring the garden. His footprints are huge compared to the other birds and I was quite delighted to find his tracks
A better day . J is feeling better now after the reaction to his vaccine and life feels more normal .
We watched the film ' The Dig ' tonight - it was a beautiful tender story.
