Driving In My Car

Today Pat received her first Covid-19 vaccination at the new Tayport Community Centre.

After the snow clearing efforts expended yesterday, I had some more snow to clear today before we could drive away.

In brilliant and much welcomed sunshine we made our way to the centre on snow free main roads, arriving in plenty of time.

Pat made her way to the entrance door five minutes before the appointment time and returned within 15 minutes, complete with new face mask.

Upon entering she was asked to sanitise her hands and exchange her face mask for a new one. The "needling" was handled expertly by "Moonty" who is the Doctor who started the investigation into my unusual and undiagnosed lung condition. Hats off to him.

Pat remarked that Moonty looks younger now than he was when we first met eleven years ago".

I sat in the car waiting for Pat to return. The view out of the windscreen looks south to the "13th Oldest Golf Course in the World". (Scotscraig).

The extra shows the view out of the glass roof. This is a quite wonderful feature to have, and only becomes obvious after entering the vehicle.
