Ice Core

The low temperatures and the snow is hanging on still and have been joined by a nithering wind. Above I had to warm up the drinking water bucket from the dog compound and invert it to refill it with unfrozen water . Today at mid afternoon it was still just as I extracted it!
The dog walk was cold and slippery, a visit to the farm butchers for meat supplies and a Zoom meeting with my old scouting chums, saw off the day!
