Homeschooling!

Big sister helping little brother with maths! Strangely the world is still on it's axis and everyone came out of this unscathed.

Well we made it to half term, I won't say unscathed, but it could have been worse. Carys has had a lot less input from me with her home ed while I have been home schooling Will. So I guess even kids who don't go to school have been affected by the schools being closed.

She managed a hard earned 80% in her final English assignment. Over all she's at 72% will be very interesting to see how that translates into a grade as and when we hear from Ofqual about how grades will be awarded. She also handed in her 8th biology assignment, two to go but at least she knows she has completed 80% which as far as the college is concerned, is enough to get a grade. Spanish still needs some work.

Will managed to do what was left of his weeks school work by lunchtime. He had a scavenger hunt on his class zoom, which was great fun but probably took longer to put away than to get out. He will be happy to have a week off work, but what we will do is an interesting conundrum. He has a contemporary class, a ballet class and a musical theatre class book via zoom. All boys only classes. He is quite excited about there being no girls allowed.
